Just right for my patio screen door that the kids forget to close! Not too much resistance to open. Mounted box on siding and used a screw to secure the loop. I'm trying some padding in the frame slot (pic) to lessen the noise on closing.
This product closes my door so smoothly! I was worried about it slamming my door since my door was very light but it is fairly quiet. Installing was very easy and it sticks to my door frame very well. The size is exactly the width of my door frame so it doesn’t stick out much at all. Functions great and the tension keeps the door still. Would very much recommend!
This works great for my mom and I. The adhesive is strong and smell nice! iykyk. The housing for the wire is also strong it snapped back on my finger and it stung for a bit. I do wonder if over time the wire will sand my door down but I don’t really mind. I added a close up photo of the wire so you can see it clearly.
Another product I never knew I needed till I got it! We ended up putting it on the guest bathroom since my hubby always forgets to close only that door and the cats end up in there. It works well, was easy to install and a great value. I'm gonna have to get another for my sliding door as sometimes our guests leave it open during events. It works like a charm.
Works well. Great price. You can control the strength by placing the connectors in different locations.
